Ugh! I am the mashed potatoes! Funny thing is though, I JUST finished preparing them. They are my big specialty item that everyone requests and falls in love with.

During the day I'm an administrative assistant for a busy commercial real estate brokerage. The rest of the time, I'm a mom of three kids (10 and under) and wife to a former military non-com and lawyer.
